These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services offered by Quetzal's Quest. By contracting our services, you agree to comply with these provisions.
1. Quetzal's Quest specializes in customizing travel experiences to Guatemala, including:
Transportation and accommodation bookings.
Personalized itinerary planning.
On-site assistance.
2. Bookings and Payments:
To confirm your booking, you must provide the required data and make an initial payment of 50%.
Full payment must be made at least 15 days before the start date of the trip.
We accept bank transfers and payments via credit/debit cards.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: 90% refund.
Cancellations between 15 and 30 days: 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 15 days in advance: no refund.
4. User Obligations:
Provide truthful and complete information.
Comply with local regulations at the destinations visited.
Respect the schedules and conditions specified in the itinerary.
5. Quetzal's Quest is not responsible for:
Delays or cancellations of transportation not directly managed by us.
Loss of personal belongings during the trip.
Circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or force majeure events.
6. Intellectual Property:
All content on our website and promotional materials is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without our consent.
7. Modifications to the Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Any disputes will be resolved in the corresponding courts of this country.
